Site Manager – Voids

My client is a longstanding contractor operating across the refurbishment sector throughout London & Southeast. They have recently obtained spaces on several major refurbishment frameworks which has further strengthened their workload throughout the West London region. The projects mainly consist of void refurbishments, external refurbishment works including cladding replacement, balcony, windows and communal area upgrades up to the value of £3 million per project. They are looking for an experienced Social Housing Site Manager to oversee an upcoming voids programme. Longevity in the Social Housing sector and previous experience managing void programmes is essential.

Required

* Longevity with current or recent employer

* West London based (or can reasonably commute)

* Strong experience across the Social Housing Refurbishment sector

* Portfolio of Void Refurbishment programmes

* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc.

* UK Driving Licence
