About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is quick to learn, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. If you are adaptable and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, we want you to join the Solutions team. This team works globally, handling all technical aspects of the business and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Clearly communicate the benefits and values of their solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams

* Collaborate with clients, partners, and product teams to define technical and business requirements for complex deployments involving integration with our SDK and APIs

* Contribute to technical sales proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements

* Create and communicate detailed documentation, such as statements of work, integration plans, and success criteria, to ensure successful business delivery

* Identify gaps in our offerings and contribute to the growth of our partner network to address these gaps

* Stay on top of trends in the transit and payments industries, contributing to ideas for product innovation

Requirements
Ideally, you’ll have:

* At least 5 years of relevant experience after completing a degree in computing science, software engineering, business and IT, or a related field

* Experience in retail or high transactional payments (essential)

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, management consultancy, or similar capacity, ideally within the transport or payments industries

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various audiences, both verbally and in writing

* Demonstrated ability to lead an independent workstream while contributing to team objectives

* Experience responding to bids and tenders as part of formal procurement processes

* Ability to assist technical stakeholders with integrating APIs and SDKs, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, overcome challenges, and drive impact

* Proven experience analysing customer requirements and developing optimal solutions for stakeholders

* Familiarity with SaaS, API-driven technologies, and third-party integrations
