Solutions Architect needed!!. Exciting new company Looking for a Solutions Architect, you must be a fluent Mandarin and English speaker. In this role, you will work with the companys customers to help them design solutions that most efficiently use the company products. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams. You will also own the product documentation
The ideal candidate will have worked as a solutions architect in a SaaS business for at least 5 years and will have a proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations internationally.
You will:
* Partner with the Sales team to qualify leads, identify clients’ pain points and create technical solutions that eventually deliver business results to clients.
* Externally, call upon technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solution to delivering project implementation. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, POC and live delivery.
* Internally, act as trusted advisor collaborating with the Product team and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap in both short- and long-term.
* Provide Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge, and deep understanding across multiple industrial verticals.
* Work closely with product teams to close the PMF (Product Market Fit) gaps and drive the roadmap of product development/iterations.
* You must have:
* 5+ years of experience in SaaS, energy, electrical/electronic and related technology ecosystems as a product owner or/and solutions architect.
* Team player and able to foster positive team morale, set goals and drive for successful fulfilment.
* Can-do attitude, self-starter, ability to work independently and highly motivated with contagious enthusiasm; agile and entrepreneurial, extremely result-oriented.
* Comfortable with a fast-paced and ambiguous “startup” environment, strong problem solver, resilient.
