Our client, a highly regarded provider in the healthcare sector, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join their team in a secure rehabilitation service. This is a full-time, day-shift role offering competitive pay of up to £44,000 per annum and is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for mental health and rehabilitation.

 

As a Staff Nurse (RMN), you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care to individuals within a locked rehabilitation setting. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the recovery journey of patients, ensuring their independence and well-being while adhering to the highest standards of care.

 

What We’re Looking For

Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Previous experience in in-patient or secure mental health settings (e.g. lor or medium secure units, PICU and Forensic Wards)

Experience managing patients detained under the Mental Health Act

Experience

Supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.

Knowledge of current mental health legislation and best practice guidelines

A holistic and compassionate approach to patient care

Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach

A genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients’ lives
