The Brand & Opportunity:
Our Melbourne-born brand has grown into a global sensation with over 400 stores worldwide, making waves in the female apparel market. Known for its trendy, high-quality, and affordable fashion, we’re looking for a Manager to join our fun, motivated, and high-performing team at the Doncaster store.
What We’re Looking For:

• Retail management experience (we’re looking for Store Managers or experienced Assistant Managers/Concession Managers)
• A passion for fashion, especially women’s apparel (bonus points if you’ve worked in fashion before!)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of up to 10
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
• The ability to manage people processes, from recruitment to performance reviews

But most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, bubbly personality, and a passion for representing the brand.
