A well established manufacturing company in Gloucester are looking for a Supervisor to join them whilst they navigate their way through a period of strong growth and development.
The successful candidate will have MIG and TIG welding experience coupled with strong fabrication skills.
Responsibilities ;
* Lead the team to meet production targets
* Coordinate resources and workflows
* Train, mentor & support team members
* Ensure compliance is met with all documentation
* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures

* An extensive knowledge base in the welding and fabrication sector
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Be a strong communicator
* Ability to keep accurate records
