Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic secondary school? We are seeking a dedicated TA with previous experience in UK schools to work in a secondary school in Coventry immediately.
About the Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and those who require additional help.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to support student progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school.
A strong understanding of classroom support techniques.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
