Training Coordinator – Motorsport & Engineering ?
Are you passionate about motorsport and engineering? Do you have industry experience and a desire to train the next generation of professionals? We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join a specialist training provider, delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs in the motorsport and engineering sectors.
The Role: ? Deliver engaging training and assessments to apprentices
? Track apprentice progress and provide support where needed
? Liaise with employers and tutors to ensure successful outcomes
? Assist students in securing work placements
What We’re Looking For: ? A Level 3 qualification or higher in an engineering-related field
? Industry experience in motorsport or a relevant sector
? Experience in training or working with apprentices (preferred, but support available for the right candidate)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already in a training role or an industry professional looking to transition into education. Support will be provided to complete relevant TAQA qualifications.
? Location: Silverstone
? Salary: Up to £40,000
? Contract: Full-time, permanent
