Technical Lead (Machinery Design) – Oxford
Elastic is currently partnered with a well-established, growing organisation in the Oxford area who are seeking a Technical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading machine building projects from a technical and organisational point of view, taking responsibility for project delivery: specifications, technical solution, schedule, budget, etc. This is a key role which ensures effective delivery of projects. The successful candidate will, on a project basis, lead the team, working collaboratively with R&D, Finance & Procurement to deliver efficiently.
Essential experience
– Minimum of 5 years of experience an engineering design or development role
– Proven experience in the design and development of complex machinery or industrial equipment (mechanical or electrical design)
– Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as software integration.
– Strong skills in project management
