Technical Manager

I am recruiting for a Technical Manager, for a regoinal residential developer, with projects prominantly on the south coast.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the Design Management of up to 3 projects

* Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams

Role and requirements:

* You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size

* Office based but working on site when required

* Experience in a Design role with a main contractor

* Engineering, degree or Project Management background

* Proficient in Microsoft
