Up to £60,000 | Covering a portfolio within London | Commercial Building Maintenance
GH Engage are partnered with leading facilities & building services provider who are seeking an exceptional Technical Services Manager looking after a portfolio within London.
The successful applicant will have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance, ideally within commercial/corporate facilities.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:
5+ years of experience in a Technical Services Manager role or similar.
Experience in the commercial building maintenance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
Engineering qualifications: mechanical, HVAC, or electrical.
Compliance; logbooks & RAMS, ISO audits.
Quoting remedials & extra works.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including;
