Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Care Operative with a Painting & Decorating (P&D) bias to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ homes are maintained to the highest standards, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer care requests efficiently and effectively.
* Carry out high-quality painting, decorating, and other maintenance tasks.
* Conduct inspections and assessments to identify necessary repairs or improvements.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times.
* Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in painting & decorating within the construction or property development sector.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Full UK driving license.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
