Henlee Resourcing is looking for somebody on a temporary basis whilst we recruit for a permanent HR Coordinator / Officer. There is every possibility that this role could convert to that permanent role.
We’re looking for somebody who is immediately available and can travel to their site which is in a picturesque village very close to Devizes. The role will be mostly site based.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle from HR administration, initial talent attraction, on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations and performance management, into the exit process and metrics / reporting and everything in between!!
If you are immediately available, can travel on a daily basis to the site just outside of Devizes, have some HR experience, in particular coordination and administration, we are keen to hear from you ASAP!!
