PageGroup are delighted to support a leading manufacturing business in Coventry with the appointment of a Temporary Part Time HR Business Partner to join a busy team.

This role is a part time role – 4 days per week.

This role can offer hybrid working – circa 1 day per week from home and 3 days office-based working. The role will mainly be Coventry-based however, some travel maybe required to other sites business needs dependent.

Description

Supporting a Senior Business Partner, the role of Temporary Part Time HR Business Partner will support with a range of generalist people matters including management of high-volume employee relations casework including complex matters.

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Resolve a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
Ensure HR policies, procedures and supporting documents are communicated appropriately
Provide training and coaching to line managers to deal with people matters effectively
Continue to support continuous improvement to HR policies, procedures and systems
Profile

Ideal candidates will be available to start at short notice, you will have a proven background in a busy, fast-paced environment and comfortable dealing with high-volume employee relations casework.

Job Offer

Up to £245/day PAYE
Hybrid working
