Test and Assembly Technician
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Test and Assembly Technician for a leading manufacturing company based in Andover.
Introduction
The primary role of the Test and Assembly Technician will involve electro-mechanical testing as well as assembly, repair and build of the site’s products to high specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up and testing precision electro-mechanical systems
* Electro-mechanical assembly
* Fault finding and and repairing test instruments
* Work to assembly drawings and schematics
Ideal Experience:
* Previous experience within an electrical/electro-mechanical assembly or test role.
* Ability to use hand tools
* Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
* Attention to detail
* IT literate
* Any Continuous Improvement experience would be an advantage
Hours: Day Shift – flex on start and finish times
Salary: £28,500 – £32,500
Benefits: Pension, Death In Service, Share Scheme, Flexitime
