Our client is a dynamic and innovative travel company committed to delivering exceptional sales and service solutions for a diverse portfolio of well-known travel brands. With a strong focus on excellence, they are always looking for top talent to drive their success. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking a Training & Quality Assurance Executive to support and develop their expanding workforce.

Role Overview:

As a Training & Induction Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that new employees and homeworkers receive first-class onboarding and training. You’ll design and implement engaging, tailored training programmes that equip the team with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Induction Programme Development: Design and continuously improve induction programmes to align with company culture, values, and objectives.

* Bespoke Training Design: Create and maintain training materials for various travel partners, ensuring they meet individual brand guidelines, processes, and booking systems.

* Training Delivery: Deliver engaging sessions for new and existing team members via workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms. Continuously assess effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

* Continuous Improvement: Refine training methods based on industry trends and business needs. Call monitoring and feedback will play a key role in ensuring service levels meet partner expectations.

* Onboarding Process: Work closely with HR and IT to streamline onboarding, reducing administrative tasks and improving efficiency.

* Partner Collaboration: Ensure all partner updates, processes, and procedures are effectively communicated to the wider team in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Travel industry experience – essential
✅ Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes
✅ Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✅ Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
✅ Understanding of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right-to-work checks
✅ Highly organised with a passion for employee development
✅ Willingness to travel domestically for partner onboarding
