User Experience Coordinator

Reporting into the Head of User Experience, the User Experience coordinator will ensure that ITCS and supporting functions keep the user at the heart of all products and services that we provide. The role will lead the creation of engaging training/communications materials and provide coordination and support to key user facing projects. This is an agile working role, with travel to the Warwick HQ 1 day per week.

What you’ll do:

Partner with Telent Comms teams to create a communications and training roadmap
Support ITCS teams draft and create end user facing communications and training materials aligned to Telent Comms teams
Coordinate and manage the TelUs end user feedback program and develop key stakeholder forums
Analysis user data to identify key user persona’s in Telent and map user journeys
Build key business stakeholder relationships/forums to track key UX KPI’s and SLA’s
Act as an advocate for the end user in all UX initiatives and improvements Who you are:

You will have experience in a Coordination role, along with a passion for employee experience. Any knowledge around UX / UI is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

Passion for excellent employee experience, must be an advocate for the end user
Evidence of managing and writing engaging user facing communications and training materials
Strong analytical and comms skills
Experience helping users get the most of their technologies
UX/UI Experience or qualifications are desirable What we offer:
