Vehicle Recycling Operative
Location: Cheltenham/Gloucester
Hours: 8:30am 5pm (MonThurs), 8:00am 4pm (Fri)
Join a trusted name in vehicle recycling! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Assistant to help prepare end-of-life vehicles for recycling in our De-Pollution Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drain fluids and prepare vehicles for crushing
* Tap and tie vehicles for the crushing process
* Support yard operations and maintain a safe, clean environment
* Operate tools and equipment safely
About You:
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Experience in a similar role or the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
* A strong work ethic with attention to detail
* A team player with a commitment to safety
