Ward Manager ( RMN ) ( RGN ) ( RNLD )
Salary – £50,375 – £56,329 per annum + £5K welcome bonus
Location – Roehampton
Hours – Permanent – Full Time or Part time hours available ( options of 2, 3 or 4 shifts each week )
Shift Pattern – Mixed shifts required ( days nights and weekends on a rotational basis )
Summary
We are looking for an experienced senior Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or an experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse ( RNLD ) for a mental health hospital based in Roehampton.
This mental health hospital has different wards, CAMHS, acute mental health and adult eating disorders.
You will need:
A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RNLD )
A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Experience in managing a nursing team whilst maintaining high professional standards.
A minimum of 3 years of mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
Strong team-working skills
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
