We’re Looking For A: Web Landing Page Designer to design and produce landing pages, websites, emails, and other Web marketing campaigns for multiple direct-to-consumer brands and products across multiple ecommerce websites. This role will collaborate with marketing specialists, copywriters, and code engineers to iterate and A/B test visual and interaction design ideas, layouts, and content. The role will be responsible for continually improving the performance of these designed assets across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices as a measure of sales conversion, click-through rates, opt-ins, customer engagement, and other meaningful performance metrics.

What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate closely with other designers, digital acquisition marketing specialists, brand managers, and engineers to define visual, interface, and user requirements. Produce and design in Figma Web landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns. Translate UI features and experiences from visual designers and contribute to the implementation process from initial concept through testing and launch. Drive creation of new ad creatives both through own ideas as well as collaboration with copy and video creative departments to ensure that we have new, exciting creative to test for every offer each week.

Regularly ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages in order to optimize for brand KPIs.

Regularly analyze and provide improvements for the customer experience throughout the sales funnel, from day one acquisition to 90-day customer retention.

Partner with visual designers to explore new approaches to interface and UX challenges, and transform these designs into final Figma prototypes.

Work with marketing specialists to conduct A/B testing of various design ideas using split-test tools such as Convert.com or other online measurement and testing tools.

Work in conjunction with the Creative/UX Director to effectively drive conversion rate optimization.

Develop pages and functionality within the WordPress/Elementor environment.  Recommend and implement usage of other tools for online testing and page building.  Coordinate efforts with backend developers and media buyers (both in-house and off-site) to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce functionality.

Openness to giving and receiving feedback. Outstanding communication skills. Attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of Figma (components, design systems). Elementor. Web traffic data and user behavior analysis. 3 years of WordPress production, web graphics production and graphic design experience. 2 years of experience designing interfaces for mobile and desktop. Ability to design and prototype UI for mobile-first Websites. 2 years of experiencing building and maintaining WordPress websites with various plugins. Experience building web pages in Elementor and other visual web page building tools.

Basic HTML and CSS skills. Experience designing high-fidelity graphic assets in Photoshop and Figma. Knowledge of Web graphics compression and page optimization. Experience creating and managing Website design systems and components in Figma. Basic understanding of JavaScript preferred. Knowledge of DIVI framework preferred. Experience with A/B Test, lead capture and landing pages preferred. Some working experience with Tailwind CSS framework preferred. UX Design-specific instruction or certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in art, design or related field preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,900 – $85,300, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
