Wet Multi Trader – Property Services

Salary: £20 – £24phour
A Wet Multi Trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. This role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. As well as plastering, tiling, painting and decorating works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
Daily responsibilities are:
Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
Providing a high level of customer service Requirements:
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have previous social housing experience Benefits:
No weekend work
Monday to Friday
Van and fuel card supplied
