CNC Wood Machinist vacancy with a well established and financially stable manufacturer in Leeds. They have an excellent reputation in their sector, and this is a long term permanent job vacancy for an experienced operator to work in a modern production environment.
The role would be to run a CNC Machine (SCM 100) to maintain production targets; volume and quality.
Career opportunities exist with a route to supervisory roles if you see your career developing in that way.
Any supervisory experience is welcomed and would be rewarded accordingly
The job is on a 4 day week shift pattern as below:
Monday Thursday 4.30pm 3am
Requirements
* Experience gained in the timber / joinery manufacturing sector
* Able to set and operate wood CNC Machine
* Programming experience and / or experiece with more traditional woodworking mahcinery an advantage
* Able to communicate effectively with colleagues on the shop floor and at management level
* Good attitude to work; committed, dedicated and sets a good example.
