The Role – Youth Worker
* We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Youth Worker to join a vibrant SEMH school on a long-term basis, starting immediately. The successful candidate will:
* Youth Worker to provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
* Help students develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Build positive relationships to promote engagement and well-being.
* Collaborate with staff to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
